We collect essential order information (name, address, email, phone) solely to process and dispatch your orders securely. Zentoku is operated by Aryan Agarwal.

2. Payment Gateway Compliance

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay using SSL 256-bit encryption. Payment data is handled directly by Razorpay; Zentoku never stores payment card numbers or UPI PINs on our internal servers.

3. User Uploaded Media

Product review photos and avatars uploaded by users are processed securely via Cloudinary for optimized rendering and storage.

4. Advertising, Analytics & Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand storefront traffic, and deliver relevant streetwear announcements across Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram).

When you interact with our website, the Meta Pixel automatically collects and processes certain categories of data, including:
• Technical & Device Identifiers: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen specifications.
• Browsing & Commercial Activity: Pages visited, garments inspected (ViewContent), items added to cart (AddToCart), initiated checkouts, and completed order values (Purchase).
• Referral & Campaign Attribution: Referring URLs, timestamps, and advertising click identifiers (such as fbclid) used solely to evaluate ad performance.

This data is transmitted directly to Meta's servers. If you maintain an account with Meta, they may associate this browsing activity with your profile in accordance with Meta's Data Policy. 5. Data Sharing & Protection

Beyond the advertising and measurement integrations described above, we will never sell, rent, or monetize your personal identity, contact numbers, or physical delivery addresses to unrelated third parties. Customer contact and shipping records are used strictly for order fulfillment, delivery tracking, customer support, and priority drop notifications.
