1. Store Usage Agreement

By purchasing from Zentoku (operated by Aryan Agarwal), you agree to these standard purchase and usage terms. All streetwear designs, brand terminology, and website media remain the property of Zentoku.

2. ZenWallet & Loyalty Coins Policy

ZenWallet coins are earned through completed purchases (1 coin per ₹10 spent) or valid referrals (25 coins). Coins hold no cash value, cannot be purchased separately, and are strictly redeemable as checkout discounts (1 coin = ₹1 off).

3. DMCA & Intellectual Property Safety Statement

Zentoku creates original, artistically-inspired fashion garments. All product names, designs, and titles utilize proprietary brand artwork. If you believe any media infringes upon intellectual property, contact [email protected] for immediate review.

4. Delivery, Returns & Refund Terms

Orders are dispatched and delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Return and cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued either to your original payment method via Razorpay (processed within 7 days) or instantly as ZenWallet balance.
