Fit & sizing
Oversized vs Boxy vs Regular Fit: What's the Difference?
A regular fit follows the body with moderate room. A boxy fit has a straight, square body, often slightly shorter. An oversized fit is larger overall, with dropped shoulders and a longer, looser body. Zentoku tees combine a boxy body with a drop-shoulder oversized cut.
The three fits compared
| Fit | Shoulder seam | Body shape | Overall look |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regular | At the edge of the shoulder | Follows the torso | Neat, close, classic |
| Boxy | At or slightly below the shoulder | Straight and square, often shorter | Structured, modern |
| Oversized | Dropped onto the upper arm | Wide and long | Relaxed, streetwear |
Where Zentoku fits in
Zentoku describes its cut as an architectural drop-shoulder fit with a boxy, oversized silhouette, supported by 240 GSM fabric that holds its structure. In practice that means a square body that does not cling, shoulders that sit down the arm, and a length that falls below the waistband.
Which fit should you choose?
- Choose regular if you want a neat tee for tucking in or wearing under a blazer.
- Choose boxy if you like structure without much extra length.
- Choose oversized for a relaxed streetwear look, especially with a large back graphic.
